Double Tap Airsoft or DTA, formed in 2010 by military veterans and milsim enthusiasts, creating a brotherhood among strangers.
Members, Relic (DTA-1), Pyro (DTA-2), Yankee (DTA-3), Ginger (DTA-4), Dodd (DTA-5) and Box (DTA-6) are the original six members of DTA, and are represented by the six arrows displayed on the DTA symbol. These original members are still active and can be found nationally at American Milsim games and their local field in Lake Charles, La.
Additional team affiliates are Landry Willis, Alonzo Gant and Amber Doucet. These players proudly support our name and are on their way to joining the Crew. Only through hard work and dedication can someone earn their designator patch and become a member of DTA.
DTA Crew has proudly only ever used KWA weaponry and are recognized as the first KWA Brand Ambassadors. This deep respect for the KWA brand is represented by the 1911 in the center of the DTA symbol and was placed there to commemorate the first pistols used by the original six members. We are truly honored to represent KWA and would like to thank them for allowing us to be part of their family. Thank you!
Through are partnerships with AMS and KWA, DTA has played from New Mexico to South Carolina and have become a recognized name in airsoft. A special thank you to our family for all the love and support you give us. Also a thank you to the friends we have made along the way. Your support and trust has given us the chance to be more than players in a game.
We are all brothers, both on the field and in life.
