You can create an account by using the "Create Account" link found on the top right of the site. (or using the create Account link found on the center of the front page)

Nothing, basic player accounts are free.

You login by clicking the "Sign In" link found on the top right of the site or by going to the url www.airsoftc3.com/signin

If you are on the front page you can click on the "events" link or if you click on the menu bar on the upper left side of the site you can also select "events" there. You can also use the url www.airsoftc3.com/events.

There are a few ways, first if you are on the front page you can put in your address in the main search field and hit enter, that will show you all of the Airsoft Listings within a 100 miles of that address. Also, if you create an account you can click on the "nearby" tab in your dashboard to see what’s around you.

You first have to create a player account and be logged in. Then you click on your account name that will be listed on the top right of the site. Or you can click on the menu button on the top left of the site and select the account’s dashboard you want to go to.

Visit www.airsoftc3.com/forgot or click on the "sign in" link that is on the top right of the site and when the page opens click on the "Forgot Password?"" link found at the bottom to begin the recovery process.

To prevent someone using your computer or device after you have logged in from changing any personal or sensitive information there is a timeout function that requires you to re-enter your password when editing that kind of info.

You can either click on the little arrow on the top right of the site and select "Sign out" or you can click on the menu icon on the top left and select "Sign Out" at the bottom of that menu. You can also use the url www.airsoftc3.com/signout and it will sign you out.

Alerts are a system wide system for AirsoftC3 to share important news, information or calls to action with the Airsoft community.

You can remove an alert by clicking on the small "x" on the top right of the Alert. It will them move from the "new" tab to the "old" tab which allows you to search back through old Alerts over time.

An Announcement is information (upcoming sale, new location opening, product offering, etc..) shared by premiere listings on AirsoftC3

You can not manually remove an Announcement. Old announcements will automatically be removed after 30 days however.

A Conversation is a set of comments attached to an event or a set of private comments that are automatically set up for members of a Team, Field, Shop or other listing.

Yes, by clicking on the gear icon to the right side about of the displayed listings.

You can do this in three ways, by clicking on the little arrow on the top right of the of the site, clicking on the account name listed on the bottom left of the dashboard or by opening the menu by clicking on the icon on the left side of the site and selecting the account listed on the bottom of the menu.

Chatting with another player can be done as either a private conversation between members of a team or public conversation attached to an event.

If your team is attending an event, a private conversation is created so you can chat about the upcoming event with your teammates. If your team is attending multiple events then you will see several private conversations listed.

Yes, click on the "edit" or "remove" option in the top right of the comment you would like to adjust.

By clicking a state on the US map displayed on the front page or by typing in an address or state name in the main search field on the front page are the most common ways. The other way is clicking on the "show map" button wherever it's displayed.

Yes, by clicking on the small gear icon above the displayed listings it will open a set of filtering and search options.

If you are on mobile, the map is hidden by default, if you are on a PC or Tablet there is a "map" button on the upper right of the display that is switched off. You can click it show the map again.

Not at this time no. You can find a player’s page by searching for them by name or callsign, or finding the team they are on and looking at the members tab.

You create an event by going to the "events" tab and clicking the "Create Event" button. If you do not see the "Create Event" button switch your account to a supported listing type as individual players cannot currently create events.

Currently individual players can not create events. You can only create them as a Team, Field, Shop, Advocate or Organizer, to do so click on one of those account types in the lower left of your dashboard and then go to it’s "Events" tab. There you will see the "Create Event" button.

A "Game" is an event where you actually play Airsoft. A "Gathering" is an event that is Airsoft related but does not entail playing Airsoft.

There is an "edit" button that is visible both in the Dashboard view as well as on an Events dedicated page and if you click it you will be able to edit all of its settings.

Yes. You will see a "share" button under the date icon on the right side of an event.

A Ticket is AirsoftC3’s way of showing what is costs to attend an Event. In some cases there are multiple choices for an event, like choosing which army you may want to attend as, Tickets give Event creators a way to explain the different choices to the community and for players to see all the available options for an event.

When you setup Rules or a Ticket in your settings you are creating a "Default" set of options for your event to use. WHile creating the event the wizard gives you the option to use these defaults or add your own new entries. Once the event is create the options are copied to the event and there is no ,longer a connection to the defaults in your settings. This means from that point on anything you do in your settings will not longer affect Events that have already been created.

"National" events on AirsoftC3 are currently only for our premier partners. In future versions of the site we will offer Organizers, Fields and Shops access to special event features and those events will show up in the "National" tab as well.

Yes. In your, or your Team’s, or any listing’s Dashboard click on "Settings" and under the "General" tab you will see an "Invitations" heading, where you can determine if other people can invite you to events or not.

In your dashboard click on the "Settings" tab, there you can edit all of your personal details as well as other basic information.

In your dashboard, on the lower left you will see the "Accounts" heading, under there you will see all of the Listings that you have either created or have Admin privileges for. Select the listing you want to edit, then select the "Settings" tab, there you can edit all of your Listing’s basic information.

Those options are only visible in the Settings tab for Listings that can create events… Teams, Fields, Shops, Organizers and Advocates. (Basically everything except individual player accounts)

A "Listing" on AirsoftC3 is a dedicated page for a Field, Team, Shop, Retailer, Organizer or Advocate.

Yes. Just like other social networks all of your "Listings" are managed from a single personal (or player) account.

An Advocate is any person, company, or group that is focused on helping the Airsoft community through measurable actions or activities.

An Organizer is an company that create special Airsoft events throughout a year at various locations that they do not own.

An Ambassador is a Team or Advocate chosen to represent AirsoftC3 on the field and on social media.

A Retailer is an Airsoft online marketplace / store. Any Retailer that wants to be listed on AirsoftC3 needs to meet our guidelines for doing so. For more information check out the Retailers section.

It’s easy, go to our "Add a Listing" page, enter in your information and you will be contacted with steps to get a page up on AirsoftC3 or visit www.airsoftc3.com/newlisting to get started.

Yes, go to the dashboard for the listing you want to add members too, click on the members tab and click the "Send Invite" button. There you can type in the name of the players you want to add as members.

Yes, in the memberships tab in your dashboard select the membership you want to remove and click on the "..." button next to its name. When it opens, select the "-" icon and you will be removed from the Listing’s members.

Yes, in your dashboard click on the "Settings" tab and under "General > Invitations" you can toggle "Recruiting" to either allow or prevent others from being able to send you recruitment requests of not.

In your Team’s Dashboard click on the "Settings" tab and under "General > Membership" toggle "open enrollment" to either allow or prevent players from requesting membership to your team.
