2nd Battalion 75th Ranger Regiment MilSim

Hello I'm new to this site not sure how to maneuver or what not but, I'm interested in creating an expantion of my current online MilSim unit that I play on PC. The game is call ARMA3. I am looking to create a copy of what I do in my video game and put it into Airsoft. I do not have a team yet... But I'd like to put one together. My goal but not set into stone is...

1. Get up to 20+ people

2. Have a rank and promotion structure (I'll explain)

3. Have a meet location for every or every other Saturday.

4. Have roles and a little but if rules.

I'm not trying to create a full on military haha... just gives structure/Command and interest. The ranks will be of the US Army. We will simulate the 75th Rangers. Yes it sounds corny at first but you'll find it to be kind of fun and interesting. I want to have 10 man squads.

Squad: 1 Squad Leader, 2 Fireteam leaders, Specialty Role (supposed to be a medic) , and 3-4 Infantryman.

Thats how the Sqauads should look.

I want to then make Squads and scrimmage between each other that's why I need at least 20+ people so I can create squads... If we have good attendance we can keep the Sqads permanent.

Now for Rank, I want it because no one wants a lot of Chief but no Indians.... I want a little little structure and chain of command. It's silly but it works.
