Who We Are

Our goal is to create and maintain the best airsoft experience the state has to offer. Above all, we value fun and promote safety as an utmost importance. In addition, we promote respect and communication among the players as they need to work in teams to accomplish given objectives. We are a family friendly environment and promote family teams. We also host birthday parties during open and private sessions and offer gun rental packages for new players trying out the game, and for parties.

Our games and scenarios incorporate the use of modern battle tactics and scenarios used in real life situations, giving that realistic feel compared to playing a video game similar to Call of Duty, R6 Siege, and Escape from Tarkov. Examples of games we play include Capture the Flag, Domination, Coin Collection, Infection, Black Hawk Down defense, Free For All, Trouble in Terrorist Town, and Team Deathmatch.

Pro Shop

Want airsoft supplies to own for yourself or your family? We have a pro-shop that sells airsoft guns, ammo, grenades, gear, apparel, parts, accessories, batteries, chargers, water, sodas, snacks, and have a HPA fill station on-site. Call ahead or message us to check inventory!

Currently, we sell popular brands such as G&G Armament, Valken, Condor Gear, Agilite, Elite Force, SIG, PTS, Enola Gaye Grenades, and Arcturus.

Field Rules

Age Requirement

All players must be 7 years old or older, no exceptions. Please note, that airsoft is an extreme sport that can cause minor pain or skin abrasions on impact. There may be loud noises, dimly lit areas, and large crowds. Please evaluate your individual child to make sure this is a suitable environment for them regardless of age.

Check in Procedure

We are now requiring all players to present ID's at check in and when they receive a rental gun. School ID, Drivers License, etc. will work. Minors who have no ID must have parent/guardian present ID. Face shields or masks are to be briefly removed upon check in at the front office and at receiving rental guns to verify ID to one's face. If no ID is presented, the player will not be allowed to play on the field.

Approved Guns

Players will be allowed to use only airsoft specific guns. Airguns, BB Guns, or BB guns converted to use airsoft BB’s or Metal BB’s will not be allowed. Only plastic airsoft ammo is allowed.

When using Freedom Airsoft's rental guns, only ammo supplied or approved by Freedom Airsoft is allowed to be used with the rental guns. If the rental gun breaks due to the player using non approved ammo or negligence, the player is liable for the repairs to that rental gun. If rental equipment is lost or stolen while in possession of the player renting for the duration of the session, the player is held liable for the value of the rental equipment and will be charged.

FPS/RPS Limits

AEG/HPA/GAS Rifles (CQB): AEG and gas guns 350 fps or under with .20g or 1.15 joules (HPA guns chronoed with .30g) may be used with no minimum engagement distance everywhere on the field. Semi auto only within 15 feet of target, full auto allowed at further distances, no full auto inside killhouses unless shooting a target outside the killhouse that is over 15ft away and (muzzle must be outside killhouse through window or doorway). Mercy kills within 15ft are optional. (See mercy kill rules below!) Definition for full auto: auto, burst, binary, ramp, etc.)

AEG/HPA/GAS Rifles (Rifleman): AEG and gas guns between 350 and 400 fps with .20g or between 1.15 and 1.49 joules (HPA guns chronoed with .30g) Full auto is allowed. 15ft minimum engagement distance. You cannot shoot a player or mercy kill them less than 15ft with these guns. Cannot be used inside killhouses unless shooting a target outside the killhouse that is over 15ft away (muzzle must be outside of killhouse through window or doorway). Switch to a secondary shotgun, or rifle that shoots under 1.15j OR a short barrel pistol that shoots under 1.49j for the option of no minimum engagement distance or mercy kill.

Pistols: Short barrel gas pistols that shoot 400 fps with .20g or 1.49 joules and under may be used with no minimum engagement distance everywhere on the field. Semi auto only inside killhouses and within 15 feet of target. Full auto allowed on targets over 15ft away and outside of buildings. HPA tapped pistols must shoot under 1.15j.

DMR Rifles: Between 400 and 450 fps with .20g or 1.49 and 1.88 joules (HPA chronoed with .30g) limit for DMR's. Restricted to semi auto only. 75ft minimum engagement distance. Do not shoot players with these guns within 75ft! Switch to a secondary shotgun, or rifle that shoots under 1.15j, or short barreled pistols that shoot under 1.49j for no minimum engagement distance or mercy kill.

Bolt Action Snipers: 500 fps with .20g or 2.32 joules for bolt action sniper rifles. 100ft minimum engagement distance. Do not shoot players with these guns within 100ft! Switch to a secondary shotgun, or rifle that shoots under 1.15j, or short barreled pistols that shoot under 1.49j for no minimum engagement distance or mercy kill.

No gun will shoot over 30 rounds per second, if it does you will need to shoot it on semi auto only.

Eye Pro & Face Protection

Eye protection mandatory while on the playing field and shooting at the range at all times.

For players ages 18 and up, full seal ANSI Z87+, equivalent, or higher, rated eye protection is required. Lower face protection highly recommended since bbs can chip teeth.

For players age 17 and under, Full Face ANSI Z87+, equivalent, or higher, rated protection required. Minors must use hard mesh or plastic lower face protection with appropriate full seal eyepro, no cloth wraps or shemaghs unless hard cover underneath like the NB Tactical Ghost Mask! The bb's can chip teeth in addition to damaging your eyes.

Cheap Amazon motorcycle/paintball masks without a ANSI Z87+ or higher impact rating are not allowed since airsoft bb's can shoot clean through them.

Mesh eye protection is not allowed as they are not ANSI rated, and the bb can fragment on the outside of the mesh goggle, allowing bb fragments to get inside the eye.

Players that try to enter the field with unsafe non-rated eye/face protection cannot enter until they wear rated eye/face protection. A ANSI rated full face mask can be provided at no cost to borrow for the session if needed.

Brands tried and true for airsoft impact ratings: Valken, ESS, Revision, DYE.

DO NOT REMOVE EYEPRO WHILE ON THE FIELD AT ANY TIME!! YELL "BLIND MAN" IF YOU SEE SOMEONE TAKING OFF EYEPRO! Repeated violations of this will cause the player to be ejected from the session with no refund.

Gun Magazines

Keep the magazines out of your guns while in the staging area at all times. Make sure they are out before you cross back into the staging area from the field. You may put the magazines in to test your gun only while you are on the field or at the firing range.

Calling Your Hits

One bb hit anywhere on your body or gear counts as a hit. When you get hit, yell "HIT" loudly and raise your gun or arm high in the air for other players to see. Holding up red rags during day time or turning on a red light on your gear during night games are also acceptable. Exceptions are if a bb hits your gun or a ricochet off another object. Be honorable and please call your hits. Repeated offenses on this will result in an ejection from the game or even banned for the day with no refund. If you have an issue with a player not calling their hits do not confront the other player in question, talk to a ref or staff member!

Keep in mind, there are variables such as wind, range/accuracy of your gun, misfeeding, and bb travel time that determine whether a bb will land on your target. Unless you see bb's physically bouncing off a player, do not automatically assume they are hit. There are also instances where an opposing player might not even feel and/or hear the bb hit them, take note of these potential situations while playing.

Dead Players Don't Talk

Giving out tactical info and calling out enemy positions to teammates while dead is cheating and not allowed. If it's a respawn/revive game, dead players may give out tactical info to their teammates only after their respawn/revive.

Mercy Kills

For players with guns that shoot under 1.15j and are within 15ft of their target, you have the option to conduct a mercy kill. The player on the receiving end can either call the mercy hit OR shoot back provided they also use a gun that shoots under 1.15j (or 1.49j pistol) or a melee weapon. The player on the receiving end cannot feign taking a mercy hit then shoot back immediately after taking the mercy kill, they must walk back to respawn or off the field depending on the game mode.

Inside Killhouse

There are three multi-room killhouses on the field.  No minimum engagement distance inside these buildings with guns that shoot 350 fps (1.15 joules) or under with a .20g bb. Semi auto only inside, no full auto unless shooting out of a door or window to a target standing at least 15ft outside the killhouse, gun barrel must break the plane of the window or door to use full auto.  Full face protection highly recommended if you enter. If you have a gun that shoots over 350 fps (1.15j), you cannot engage targets inside the killhouse while you are also inside with that gun, you must switch to a secondary that shoots under. No burst, binary, or ramping allowed in killhouses.

Blindfiring

This is a safety hazard. Do not stick your weapon around cover while not looking where you are shooting! You must aim down the sight of your gun to fire. We will eject you from the game if you are caught doing this. Players may not shoot through holes or cracks of cover smaller in diameter than a golf ball.

Blind Man

If you see someone removing or lose their eye protection on the field you will yell out "blind man". Every other player will then yell "blind man". You will then stay in place, cease fire, and put your gun on safety until a ref resumes the game. Blind man is also for real life emergencies.

Riot Shields

Hand-held riot shields are allowed on the field. When the shield itself gets hit with a bb, the shield-bearer is not dead, but must drop the bottom of the shield against the ground and the shield-bearer can not walk for 5 seconds, the shield-bearer can move the shield itself. After 5 seconds the shield-bearer can walk again. To shoot a gun while using a shield, you must break the shield 90 degrees left or right from your front. Any direct bb or grenade hits to the shield-bearers body/gear that is not the shield or gun counts as a death.

Grenades

Grenades must blow up or make an audible boom noise. 10ft kill radius where the grenade detonates unless the player is completely behind hard cover. Players hit directly by a bb detonated from grenades that shoot bb's are dead, even if the grenade detonated over 10ft away.  If you have questions, ask a staff member.

Examples of "lethal" grenades allowed: EG67, TAG-67, Thunder-B, Tornado 2 frags, 6mmProShop BB shower grenades.  Approved smoke grenades may be used but are non-lethal during play. Any homemade frag, smoke, or sound grenade must be inspected and approved by a staff member for use on the field.

The use of "dummy grenades" are not allowed.

Melee Weapons

Only rubber or foam knives, swords, axes, and pans may be used. To kill a player with a melee weapon lightly tap them on the shoulder with the melee weapon.

Lasers

They are allowed to be used. However, do not shine them at players or at cars/aircraft, or you will be asked to leave for the day with no refund.

Red Lights

During night games, red lights are not required but highly encouraged to let other players know you are a dead player in addition to hand/gun being held high in the air. The red light should be worn anywhere visible on your body. Have the light turned off when you are alive, and turned on when you are dead to help reduce the chance of someone thinking you are alive and shooting you while you are dead. If you have your red light on and continue playing, this is cheating and you will be asked to respawn. If you'd like a red light, there are usually some for sale in the shop.

Objects & Wildlife on the Field

Do not move the cover on the field or touch/shoot any of the wildlife. Do not climb on the buildings or shipping containers. If you come across something of concern please notify a ref or staff member immediately.

Alcohol/Drugs

No alcohol or drugs permitted in the staging area or the playing field. If you are under the influence, you will not be allowed to play on our field.

Be Respectful

Please be respectful to your fellow players and staff. Airsoft is a game of honor and integrity and should be put into practice. If you start or contribute to any cheating, hazing, bullying, or fighting, we will ban you from the field. As for language, keep it PG-13 please!

Frequently Asked Questions

How old do you need to be to play?

Our age requirement is 7 years old.

Does airsoft hurt?

Yes it can. While not as painful as getting hit by a paintball, welts and mild pain can still occur. Players are encouraged to wear protection to help reduce the pain of getting shot with an airsoft gun. A long sleeve shirt or sweatshirt, long baggy pants/jeans, closed toed shoes, and gloves are highly recommended. Full face ANSI Z87.1+ rated protection is required for all players under the age of 18 and can be borrowed from us at no cost if needed. Full sealed ANSI Z87.1+ rated eye protection required for all adults.

Keep in mind, everyone's pain tolerance is different, only way to truly find out if it hurts is to get hit at least once. However, the fun had while playing generally overshadows any pain that comes with it.

Is airsoft safe?

Yes, if you follow the rules of the field. The rule set for the field is posted under the "Waiver and Rules" tab of our website. A in-person safety briefing for all players is mandatory before games start. Referees will be on the field to observe each game to make sure safety rules are followed. If anyone has a question about the rules they can ask any staff member or referee for assistance. Players who break rules are asked to sit out games or banned depending on severity.

Protection is also very important! Only wear eye/face protection that is ANSI Z87.1+ impact rated or higher. If you don't, there is a solid chance of airsoft bb's shooting clean through the non-rated mask and into your eye. Players that try to enter the field with non rated equipment cannot play until they wear ANSI Z87.1+ rated eye/face protection. A rated mask can be provided at no cost for the session if needed.

It's my first time, what should I do before I arrive?

First: Make sure your safety waiver is filled out online. This can be done on the "Waiver and Rules" tab of our website. This only needs to be done once for an adult. Twice for a child; one time when they're a minor and one last time when they turn 18. For minors, a parent/guardian will be needed to fill one out.

Second: Read over the field rules so you're better prepared to play. See the "Waiver and Rules" tab of our website.

Third: Check the "Hours and Pricing" and "Events" tab. Some days we will have events where the hours and pricing may be different. Otherwise, our normal hours and prices are on our website under the "Hours and Prices" tab.

Fourth: If you are renting a gun, reserve online ahead of time to guarantee your rental. If we are out or rentals, we will call or email to notify you. You can reserve the rental gun by filling out the contact form on the "Home" page of our website. You may also reserve for a party or friends.

If you bring your own airsoft gun, you do not need to make a reservation. Just show up, pay admission, chrono check your gun, attend a safety brief, and play.

Fifth: Hydrate before and during your visit. Airsoft is a active hobby and you will be playing at an outdoor desert field. Plan accordingly and drink plenty of fluids. Bring and wear sunscreen as well. Don't be afraid to take breaks.

When I arrive, what is the procedure?

When you arrive, make your way to the check in office/shop to pay for admission and receive your wristband. ID required to be shown upon check in. Office opens at session start time.

For rental players: After receiving your wristband, you will make your way to the armory to receive your rental package and attend the required safety brief. Rental handout will be 15 mins after session start time.

When last game ends or when you are done playing for the day. Return rental guns, magazines, and masks to the armory. Feel free to keep whatever bb's you have left for next time.

For players with own equipment: After receiving your wristband, you will make your way to the chrono station to have your gun checked and approved for use. Chrono opens 15 mins after session start time.

First game will start roughly 30-35 mins after session start time.

All games are included in the admission cost, feel free to play them all or to take breaks if needed.

How do the games work?

Each game lasts about 10-20 minutes in length with a 5-10 minute break in between for players to reload and hydrate. Each game will have a different objective. Most games will be team based where teamwork is essential to win. There will usually be 7-10 games per session.

I don't own any equipment, can I still play?

If you don't own any airsoft equipment, we offer a rental package available for the affordable price of $35. This includes a gun, full face protection, and 500 rounds of bbs. The cost includes admission for all games during the 4-6hr session you pick. If you run out of ammo, more is available for purchase in the shop.

Do you require uniforms?

No uniforms required. However, wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty. Jeans, long sleeve shirt or sweatshirt, closed toed shoes, and gloves highly recommended at a minimum. Full seal ANSI Z87+ equivalent or higher rated eye protection required for adults, full face ANSI equivalent or higher rated protection required for children 17 and under.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, and Apple/Samsung Pay.

When do games occur?

Currently, we sell popular brands such as G&G Armament, Valken, Condor Gear, Agilite, Elite Force, SIG, PTS, Enola Gaye Grenades, and Arcturus.

Do you have a restroom?

Yes. We have two porta pottys in the staging area with hand sanitation stations inside both porta pottys and the shop.

Do you sell food/drinks?

Yes. We sell an assortment of cold drinks/snacks in the shop and have a free water station on site. Sodas, Powerade, Monster, and bottled water available for purchase.

Can you bring your own food and drinks?

Yes. We just ask you please clean up your area. No alcoholic beverages allowed in staging area or field.

My rental gun has an issue, what do I do?

If your rental gun is not working properly or the battery dies mid game, bring your gun to the armory to have the gun fixed or to swap your gun for another one. If the game is still occurring after your gun is fixed, you are more than welcome to rejoin the game.

Is it customary to tip a ref?

It is not required, but if you think a referee or other staff member went above and beyond, you are welcome to tip them directly.

Do you have a gun tech?

Yes, Kenny our tech is generally available during all open hours. He can fix and modify almost all kinds of airsoft guns for a fee. If its a extensive repair or build, expect anywhere from 2-4 weeks or longer as there is usually a line.

I purchased a airsoft gun from your shop. Do they come with a warranty?

Yes, all our guns have a 30 day warranty covering manufacturer defects only.

What is your return policy?

You can return a purchased non consumable item from our shop within 10 days for a refund for any reason. Keep in mind, a restocking fee of 15% of total purchase is added.

I want to rent out the field for a event or party, how do I do that?

We host private events on weekdays and Sunday mornings. Head over the the "Private Parties" tab of our website for times, pricing, and to book your private party. Rental packages are included for all who need them. Requires at least 15 players in party.
