BLACK SITE - 5 acres of remote access controlled private land with about 500 tires, many of which we have already stacked to form a speedball field. The landscape is barren and hard pack, perfect for structures. We are approved to dig trenches and build shoot houses.
OUTLAW FIELD - 44 acres of private land close to Highway 70 and Outlaw Road. The land is covered with brush and uneven, and we have encountered a few snakes there. The site would be excellent for the commercial development of a paintball park.
